If your order arrives in visibly damaged condition, it's best to refuse the delivery. If the shipment was arranged via Tradeasia Freight, call us at (+62) 815-1966-4683 and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit for the affected items. If your shipment was handled by your chosen carrier (such as freight collect or third-party billing), please contact them directly to file a claim. We can supply you with any supporting documentation you may need.

Once we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent within 36 hours. This message includes your Purchase Order number (PO#), unit price, payment term, incoterm, the list of the ordered products, and your remarks/notes. Shipment schedule will be informed afterwards. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if anything looks incorrect.

We maintain strict quality control measures throughout the order fulfillment process, including proper storage conditions, certified packaging materials, and compliance with international safety standards. All products undergo quality verification before shipment, and we use appropriate packaging and labeling for safe transport.
